AcePath uses artificial intelligence to generate course materials, study guides, quizzes, and other educational content. This content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. You should verify important information through authoritative sources.
By uploading files or documents to the Platform for course generation, you grant AcePath a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. You retain ownership of your uploaded materials. Do not upload copyrighted materials you do not have the right to use.
The AcePath name, logo, platform design, and original content are owned by us. AI-generated course content created on your behalf may be used by you for personal, educational, non-commercial purposes. Redistribution or resale of AcePath course content is prohibited.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
ACEPATH IS NOT A LICENSED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION AND DOES NOT AWARD ACADEMIC CREDITS OR CERTIFICATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACEPATH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold AcePath and its operators harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any content you upload.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nassau or Suffolk County, New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
